Production Operative

BE Recruitment Ltd are working with a manufacturing company, based in Tyseley, Birmingham and they are looking to recruit 7x Production Operatives to join their existing team.

We have immediate starts available with hourly rates paying upto £11.27 per hour!

You must have previous quality inspection and factory experience to be considered for this role.

These are long term roles with genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period.

Duties as a Production Operative will include:

  • Spot welding
  • Quality Inspection

Hours of work for the Production Operative:

6am til 2pm/2pm til 10pm rotating shift.

With earlier finishes on a Friday!

You must have at least 3 years factory and quality experience.

Payrate for Production Operative:

£10.42 with a daily shift allowance of £5.50 for morning shift

£10.42 plus a daily shift allowance of £8.60 for evening shift.

You must have at least 2 years factory and quality inspection experience.

Machine Setter (upto 15.64 per hour)

BE Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company, based in south Birmingham B11 area, and they are looking for machine setters to join their existing team.

Day to day Machine Setters duties will include:

Setting and operating a variety of machines

Working to set targets

Hours of work/Pay rate for Machine Setters:

Additional Benefits:

You will have the choice of working 06.00 to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00 rotating every week or 22.00 to 06.00 Monday to Thursday and 17.00 to 22.30 on a Friday.

You will be paid between 13.27 per hour and 14.64 per hour, dependant on your hours worked.

You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period.

These roles offer the opportunity of a full time Machine Setter role after a successful trial period.

Paint Polisher – Day to day duties will include:

Polishing and inspection of automotive parts

Loading, prepping and cleaning the jigs

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will be paid 13.25 per hour for working 06.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday and 19.88 after 40 hours

You will be paid 13.75 per hour for working 14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Friday and 20.63 after 40 hours

You will be paid £15.50 per hour for working 22.00 to 06.00 Sunday to Thursday and 23.25 after 40 hours

The shifts are permanent and do not rotate
