BE Recruitment are working with an Automotive Customer, based 20 minutes walk outside of Kettering Town Centre, and they are looking to recruit an additional 10 trimmers, assemblers, and packers to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Assembling and packing light leather products for prestige automotive brands
  • Wrapping light parts
  • Loading and unloading production lines
  • Inspection of leather parts
  • Machine operating

Hours of work:

  • 30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday
  • 30 to 12.30 on a Friday

Pay rate:

  • £9.50 per hour

Role requirements:

The work is extremely light and clean and full training is provided so no previous experience is required

We are delighted to be working with an established manufacturing firm in Coventry who are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their office-based team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for immediate start and to work in a friendly and lively environment.

Duties:

  • Taking care of payroll from start to finish
  • Ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time
  • Working with Opera and Corona system (happy with candidates with Sage or similar experience)
  • Handle and process payroll related information and data
  • Interrogate how employee payments are made up and pick up any inaccuracies
  • Calculate manual payments (gross to net) and raise payments outside the normal payroll run process
  • Processing of SMP, SSP and pension contribution
  • Processing P45 and P60 forms

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience of working within Payroll
  • Have a good knowledge of Payroll systems ie. Opera, Corona, Sage or similar

Part time hours will be 10.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday

PAY:

£9.50 to £10.65 per hour dependent upon experience

DUTIES:

Duties for these roles include the manipulation and cutting of leather hide and foam this can be done by using hand or various machines which cut the materials in different ways. The role is straight forward the hand cutting is using various hand tools and the machine work is feeding and button pressing. This is done to cut leather to size before car parts are wrapped.

Work is clean and light and set in a nice working environment which has all the latest facilities available to workers. Suitable candidates will preferable have experience doing this role within a similar environment in the automotive industry.
