  • Week 2:
    • Monday – Wednesday: 18:00 – 06:00

Pay rate: £11.50-£13 dependant on experience.

Breaks are paid.

Production role using machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks as part of a collaborative team.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to execute precise welding specifications.
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and production schedules.
  • Weld various metals, with a focus on materials up to 5mm thickness.
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MIG, Stick & Sheet metal welding.
  • Proven experience as a production welder & spot welding.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Competence in welding metals up to 5mm thickness.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.

Qualifications:

CNC Operator / Setter

Shift:

Sunday – Thursday | 22:00 – 06:00 (Night Shift)

Specific Responsibilities

  • Set, Fault Find & Operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances.
  • In process deburring and Self Inspection

  • To prove out downloaded programs so they are in line with the correct timings in accordance with our manufacturing and quality standards and then to upload the proven program.
  • Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Responsible for producing SPC charts and records.
  • Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis.
