Trainee Paint Sprayer

BE Recruitment are looking for a Trainee Paint Sprayer for an engineering company based in Shepshed, Loughborough.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 07:30am – 16:30pm
• 1-hour lunch break

Pay: £12 per hour

Temp to Perm!

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:

• No previous experience needed full training provided
• Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
• Positive can-do attitude.
