BE Recruitment are recruiting a Trainee/Graduate Sales Executive.

The company is a specialist supplier of rotary and linear motion products, providing innovative solutions with power outputs ranging from 1W to 5KW. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence sets us apart in the industry.

As a Trainee Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop existing customer relationships and establish new accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and Research Leads: Spot potential sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong connections with both new and existing customers.
  • Quotation and Sales Negotiation: Provide accurate quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Reporting and CRM: Create monthly sales reports and effectively use CRM tools to monitor performance.
  • Product Customisation: Understand and modify our products to meet customer needs.

  • Competitive Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Bonus Scheme: 20% bonus (eligible from 2025 onwards).

  • Working Hours: Standard Hours 08:30 – 17:00 | Monday – Friday. (Flexibility required due to the nature of the position)

  • Technical Background: Ideally, a qualification in electro/mechanical/electronic fields.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Sales Experience: Preferably some experience in sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and related analytical tools.
