This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking for a stable position. There will be minimal hand ball with the majority of the work being loaded and unloaded trailers to be moved around site. It would be favourable to have experience with both tug and HGV’s.

5 Positions Available;

Monday to friday 0600-1800

4 on 4 off rota

Requirements:

  • CE Licence- Held for at least 2 year
  • Must have previous shunter experience
  • Must be able to pass a practical assessment
  • Valid CPC
  • Maximum 6 points
  • No DD, DR, TT, IN10 codes on licence

Job Package:

  • On going contract
  • Min 8 hours per shift

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year experience in manufacturing/production.

BE Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing client, based in Coleshill, Birmingham. And they are recruiting for PPT driver to join their existing team. Please be aware that this job role involves 50% PPT usage and 50% manual labour.

You must hold an external PPT licence in order to be considered for this role.

Duties as a PPT Driver will include:

  • Working within Logistics ( goods in/out)
  • Checking quality of vehicle parts
  • Driving a PPT Truck (External licence is mandatory)
  • Moving stillages within a busy factory environment
  • Moving stillages on a PPT to the production Operatives
  • Potential training on VNA/Counterbalance available

BE Recruitment is seeking a meticulous and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be ensuring smooth payroll operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and upholding compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for payroll and timesheet entry onto client portals and internal systems.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring clear understanding of deadlines, timesheet procedures, and methods.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all timesheets are sent out by Friday 3pm and completed by Monday 3pm, with timely communication to relevant parties regarding late or missing submissions.

  • Familiarise yourself with BE systems including Recruso, Temp Hero, and Citation.

  • Ensure GDPR compliance with New Starter details provided to external payroll providers.
  • Manage Temporary Worker Holiday requests and report holiday bookings and accruals weekly to Directors.
  • Address Driver PCNs and update the Toll Tracker.
  • Handle distribution, chasing, and implementation of all necessary forms for compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with National Minimum Wage legislation and complete weekly compliance reports for Temporary Worker’s details.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration or customer service background.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organisational skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of administration experience.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday – Thursday: 09:00-17:00
  • Friday: 09:00-16:00
