BE Recruitment – Joint & Several Liability & Payroll Compliance Statement

At BE Recruitment, we operate a transparent and fully compliant payroll model in line with evolving UK labour supply legislation.

With the introduction of Joint & Several Liability (effective April 2026), accountability across labour supply chains has increased for recruitment businesses and end clients alike.

We welcome this change and the greater clarity it brings to the industry.

Our Approach

Direct PAYE engagement

All workers supplied by BE Recruitment are paid through compliant PAYE payroll structures, ensuring correct tax, National Insurance, and statutory entitlements are applied.

No tax-driven payroll models

We do not operate payroll structures designed to reduce or avoid employer tax liabilities within the labour supply chain.

Supply chain accountability

Our processes are designed to align with Joint & Several Liability requirements, ensuring that all workers are engaged through compliant and transparent payroll arrangements.
