-Proven track record in technical sales/consultative selling

-Evidence of being a self-starter

– Can speak an engineer-to-engineer level.

Shift Controller

BE Recruitment are working with a leading Automotive company, based in Kings Norton, and they have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role is permanent from day 1 and is not agency work.

Day to day duties will include:

Managing a team of 8 people

Ensure all staff appraisals/training is completed at an agreed date

Ensure all daily and weekly production targets are met

Ensure the production line is always operating and report any issues to maintenance

Hours of work/Pay rates/Additional benefits:

You will be paid 36,000 per annum

You will be working 22.00 to 06.00 Sunday to Thursday

You will also receive paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period

Paint Polisher

BE Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company, based in Kings Norton, and they have an exciting opportunity for 5 Paint Polishers to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

Polishing and inspection of automotive parts

Loading, prepping and cleaning the jigs

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will be paid 13.25 per hour for working 06.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday and 19.88 after 40 hours

You will be paid 13.75 per hour for working 14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Friday and 20.63 after 40 hours

The shifts are permanent and do not rotate

You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period

There is plenty of overtime available and these assignments offer a permanent after a successful trial period

Warehouse Operative/FLT Operative

Recruitment are currently recruiting for Operators for one of our clients in Rugby. As a Warehouse Operative you will be required to load wagons as well as complete other Warehouse Operative duties.
