Driving Recruitment Consultant

BE Recruitment are currently looking for a Driving Recruitment Consultant to work within our Leicester offices in the city centre.

BE Recruitment specialise in the supply of temporary industrial and driving labour in the midlands region. Due to the growth of opportunities in the area after opening our Leicester branch in the spring of 2021 we are looking to expand our team.

Duties will include registering, interviewing & recruiting candidates such as Van Drivers, Class 1 Drivers and Class 2 Drivers for a variety of clients across the Midlands. As well as speaking with clients on a day to day basis to assess the performance of candidates, take new bookings, organise site visits and deal with any queries.

An ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of recruitment experience in the logistics sector, a full driving licence and a desire to work within a vibrant team.

The hours of work will be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1hr for lunch this will be a 40hr working week. You’ll be required to take the on-call phone on a rotational basis and deal with request and queries outside of working hours.

This is a permanent role with a salary between £20,000 and £25,000 per annum depending on experience as well as great company bonus, monthly fun objectives and bespoke uniform.
