BE Recruitment are working with a leading Manufacturing company, based in Tyseley, and they are looking to recruit x20 General Operatives to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Decanting/Counting Car Parts between metal stillages
  • Counting Vehicle Parts
  • General Factory Duties
  • Can be repetitive
  • Using Machinery
  • Using heavy duty Press/Stamping Machines/Robots
  • Knowledge of Press Machines is an advantage
  • Full Training Given

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

22:00 to 06:00 Monday to Thursday and 17:00 to 22:30 on a Friday with a Pay rate of £9.50ph Plus a shift allowance of £75 per week (overtime available)

You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a short qualifying period.

As a production operative, you will perform many processes including; electrical wiring, woodwork assembly, paint shop preparation, final product assembly, electrical testing, product performance certification, and final packing.
