Operations Consultant (Driving)

We are looking for a Driving Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role, who enjoys the candidate management aspect, as well as generating and developing new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside a team of consultants to plan and set daily routine tasks for completion.
  • Checking in the temporary workforce to ensure attendance at clients and requirements fulfilled.
  • To manage and oversee service delivery to existing clients, managing upto 100 drivers over a 25 clients.
  • To interview, screen, register and select a workforce to meet the clients requirements.
  • Ensure that the CRM system is fully updated

  • Conduct site visits and service visits to all customers

  • To deliver excellent customer service to maximise profits and minimise risk of client dissatisfaction.
  • Keeping accurate records and working in accordance to Employment Legislation and best practice, reference checking and licence checks being a priority

  • Have a clear understanding of HGV licence requirements and infringements, WTD & CPC knowledge

  • To grow the market share of business from selling the services of recruitment solutions to new and existing clients and maintain strong client relationships to maximise margins.

  • Meet and exceed financial divisional budgets

Must have:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a sales-driven role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably within the recruitment or logistics industry. All employees are performance managed to set KPI’s across the business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Driving Recruitment Knowledge: Prior experience in the recruitment of professional drivers, including understanding of industry regulations and driver compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership : Experience in guiding other consultants, sharing best practices, and contributing to team success through leadership and collaboration.
  • Strategic Business Development: Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, pitch services effectively, and develop strategies to grow a client base in a competitive market.
