Energy Sales Consultant Required!
Remote Role – Nationwide
BE Recruitment are recruiting a lead generator in an impartial business energy comparison service based in Leicestershire. They are dedicated to helping businesses find the best energy deals and reduce their energy costs. As part of their growth, they are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. Based in Whetstone (LE8).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in B2B sales with a mixture of warm leads and cold calling.
- Utilise generated leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in morning meetings to ensure team cohesion, direction, and accountability.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of £25,000.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy broker sales.
- Current or recent (within the last 6 months) position in energy broker sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
- Commission
- Earn 10% commission on all sales, paid 1 month in arrears.
- Example: Top earner this month received over £7,000 extra in commission on top of their basic salary.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Minimum sales for commission is £5K – paid at 5% of net value.
- Sales over £10K are eligible for 10% commission of net value.
- Commission is paid one month in arrears, which is a significant USP compared to competitors!
- Lead generation roles share commission on a 50/50 basis.
