Warehouse Operative/FLT Operative

Recruitment are currently recruiting for Operators for one of our clients in Rugby. As a Warehouse Operative you will be required to load wagons as well as complete other Warehouse Operative duties.

Please apply if you have an FLT License – In house also accepted

Day to day duties will include:

  • Operating of MHE (LLOP, PPT)
  • Loading and unloading LORRIES
  • General warehouse duties
  • Adhering to health and safety measure
  • Using an FLT (Counter-balance)

Shifts and Pay:

Pay : £12.34 per hour

Shift: 4on 4off rotational/ 6am – 6pm & 6pm – 6am

The Role:

  • Knowledge of HGV hydraulics, pneumatic, electrics is desirable
  • Experience in construction plant/refuse vehicles useful
  • HGV licence desirable but not essential
  • Maintenance of the tankers
  • HGV or Tanker Maintenance experience is desirable
  • Bespoke jobs every day
  • Overhead crane or FLT licence desirable but not essential

The Role:

  • MIG Welding
  • 6mm, medium to heavy gauge ideal
  • Steel and Stainless
  • Bodybuilding, Skip, Plant or similar industries are a good fit
  • Working in the main production area building vacuum tankers
  • Pipe welding in both mild steel and stainless steel
  • Assist in tank building by fitting out components and installing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical wiring looms and associated equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organised and productive work area
  • Adhering and working to Health and Safety Regulations

The Candidate:

  • Experienced MIG Welder
  • Similar industries to body building ideal
  • Previous experience working with Stainless steel
