BE Recruitment are working with distributing company based in Kingsbury Link (Tamworth area B78), who are looking for 3 Counterbalance drivers to work on their existing team.

Days/Working hours/Pay:

• Monday to Friday 14:00 – 23:00
• From £11.50 per hour
• Overtime available after 42.5 hours – £16.25 per hour

Day to Day duties:

• Loading and unloading lorries
• Scanning pallets and dealing with orders
• Following health and safety procedures
• Driving Counterbalance truck – license required
• General Warehouse Duties

BE Recruitment Ltd are working with a National Distribution Centre based on Lichfield Road Industrial Estate in Tamworth and are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives.

Duties as a Warehouse Operative will include:

• Order picking
• Moving stock
• Decanting Stock to & from metal stillages
• Using RF Scanner systems
• Stock control
• Goods in & Goods out
• Completing paperwork
• General warehouse duties
• Cleaning as you go policy

The Right Candidate:

• Work well in a team & on own initiative.
• Good timekeeping & attendance.
• Has warehouse experience
• Order picking experience
• Using RF Scanners
• Physically fit to work in a fast paced environment

Hours of work & Pay rates:

• 8:00am – 7:00pm (Days) £9.50 per hour.
• 7:00pm – 6:00am (Nights) £10.06 per hour.
• Please be aware that these are Weekly Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)

First 4 Weeks Training on static Days Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm £9.50 per hour.

Duties will include:

Order Picking Food Goods

Working in a chilled warehouse environment

Using a voice picking system

Full Training is provided

Candidate Requirements:

Warehouse experience is required

Must have own transport due to location

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will be working any 5 days out of 7 days.

You will have a choice of working hours – 9:00am – 6:00pm or 6:00pm – 2:30am or 10:00pm – 6:00am

Pay Rate depending on Shift/Hours from £10.03 per hour – £16.29 per hour Pre 12 Weeks

Pay Rate depending on Shift/Hours from £10.03 per hour – £20.63 per hour Post 12 Weeks

This is a Temporary – Permanent Role after a Successful Probation Period.
