Duties as a General Operative will include:

  • General Factory Duties
  • Decanting vehicle parts to & from metal stillages
  • Counting vehicle parts
  • Using Machinery
  • Using heavy duty Press, Stamping & Robotic Machinery
  • Good Knowledge of Machinery is required
  • Training is Provided

Monday – Thursday – 2:00pm – 10:00pm & Friday – 11:30am – 5:00pm £9.53 per hour & £8.60 Daily Shift Allowance.

Static Night shift: Monday – Thursday – 10:00pm – 6:00am & Friday – 5:00pm – 10:30pm £9.53 per hour & £15.80 Daily Shift Allowance.

FLT Counterbalance Driver

BE Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company, based in Tyseley, and they are looking for 3 Fork Lift Counterbalance drivers, to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

Loading and unloading vehicles

Moving pallets to machines in tight areas

General warehouse duties

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will have the choice of working either a 6-2pm and 2-10pm rotating shift or a permanent 10pm-6am

Both shifts work Monday to Friday

You will be paid 10.54 per hour

You will also be paid an additional shift allowance of 5.50 per day on the 6-2pm shift, 8.60 per day on the 2-10pm shift and 15.80 per day on the 10-6am shift

There is also plenty of overtime available

You must hold an in date FLT licence

You will also be paid 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period

You will be working on a 6-2pm and a 2-10pm rotating shift, every week

You will be paid 9.57 per hour plus a shift allowance of 5.50 per day on the 6-2pm shift and 8.60 per day on the 2-10pm shift

There is plenty of overtime available and these assignments offer a permanent role after a successful trial period
