BE Recruitment are working with an automotive company looking for a contract Co-ordinator for our client based in Tamworth B78.
Duties will include: To effectively manage the successful running of the Contract and day to day operations, both in terms to the customers and XPO.
Automotive site, night network deliveries to 400 dealers on a nightly basis. Primary focus of the role is customer service.
Collating data from dealers (delivery failures etc) and sending to the customer and follow up on all issues – non deliveries etc. Chasing up our depots around the UK to find out what has happened to deliveries.
To ensure all administrative Contract and office duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy
Reporting to the customer on a variety of KPI’s and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business
To manage a small fleet of vehicles in terms of legal requirements and compliance
To assist the Contract Manager in managing the commercials and the site Budget
Knowledge;
CPC* would be desirable
Working knowledge of driver hours regulations and previous experience within a transport / logistics organisation
Good geographical knowledge of the UK
Financial Understanding
Skills;
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to customer requirements
Effective Customer Service Skills
Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving.
Managing teams
PPE must have Hi vis and safety boots
Hours of work:
* 07:00 -16:00
* Monday to Friday
