BE Recruitment are working with a food production company based in Tamworth and are looking to recruit x5 Cook Room operatives.
Please note this role requires working in a food production environment and dealing with meat (PORK)
Duties will include:
- Working on cooking machines
- Working in a very hot & noisy environment
- Required to work to very high food standards to stop cross contamination
- Fast Paced Environment
- Working to daily production targets
- Repetitive work
- Using a thermometer to check temperature of cooking oils
- Must be able to work well in a team and on own
- Ability to work very well under your own initiative
- Must comply with ALL site H&S rules
Hours of work:
- Sunday to Thursday
- 22:00 PM to 06:30 AM (static)
- Training for the first few weeks until fully confident with the safety of the role
- Training £11.63 per hour any OT £17.44 per hour
- Night shift £12.13 per hour and OT £18.20 per hour
Ideal candidate:
- Used to working in a cooking role before and used to using large cookers
Paid 40 hours per week
