BE Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing client, based in Coleshill, and they are looking for 3 FLT Counterbalance drivers to join their existing team.
Duties as a Logistics Operative will include:
- General Factory Duties
- FLT/MHE driving
- Decanting vehicle parts to & from metal stillages
- Counting vehicle parts
- Training is Provided
Please be aware that this job role involves 50% FLT usage and 50% manual labour.
Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:
The shift that is currently available is a rotating weekly shift. 6am til 2pm/2pm til 10pm.
You will be paid 10.54 per hour with a daily shift allowance of £5.50(AM)/£8.60(PM)
You will be working Monday to Friday but there is also plenty of overtime available
You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period
