BE Recruitment Ltd are currently working alongside a company based on Lichfield Road Industrial Estate in Tamworth. They are recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to add to there existing team.
Duties will involve:-
- 20% FLT Counterbalance Driving
- 80% Factory Duties
- Using RF scanning systems
- Programming & using automated machinery
- Hand balling 25kg bags of raw materials
- Moving pallets & metal stillages in restricted areas
- Goods In & Goods Out
- Unloading & Loading trailers
- General factory duties
Candidate Requirements:-
- Must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Must have experience in a factory environment
- Must be physically fit due to heavy lifting involved
- Must have experience in using machinery
Days, Hours & Pay Rates
- Monday – Friday
- 14:00 – 22:00
- £11.12 per hour (first 12 weeks) £11.50 per hour (after 12 weeks)
- Temp to Perm after successful probation period.
