BE Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing client, based in Tyseley, Birmingham. And they are recruiting for Logistic Operative drivers to join their existing team.
Duties as a FLT Counterbalance Driver will include:
- General Factory Duties
- Driving a FLT Counterbalance (Valid Licence Required)
- Decanting vehicle parts to & from metal stillages
- Counting vehicle parts
- Helping when & where required within the Factory/Warehouse
Please be aware that this job role involves 50% FLT usage and 50% manual labour.
YOU MUST HOLD A VALID FLT COUNTERBALANCE LICENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB ROLE!
Days/Hours & Pay Rate:
Rotating weekly shift– 06:00-14:00 Monday to Friday/ 14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday.
Static night shift- -22:00-06:00 Monday- Thursday/ 17:00-22:30 Friday.
Pay Rate- £11.49 plus a daily shift allowance of £5.50(AM), £8.60(PM) and £15.80(NS)
You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period.
