BE Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing client, based in Coleshill, Birmingham. And they are recruiting for 5x FLT Counterbalance drivers to join their existing team.
We have immediate starts available with hourly rates paying upto £12.56 per hour!
These are long term roles with a genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period!
The right candidate must hold a valid Forklift Counterbalance licence.

Duties as a FLT Counterbalance Driver will include:
- Working within Logistics ( goods in/out)
- Potential training on PPT/VNA available
- Driving a FLT Counterbalance (Valid Licence Required)
- Checking quality of vehicle parts
- Helping when & where required within the Factory
Hours of work for the Forklift Counterbalance role:
The optional working hours for a fixed shift is as followed…
2pm til 10pm
Optional overtime available.
Pay rates for Forklift Counterbalance role:
£11.49 plus a daily shift allowance of £8.60
