BE Recruitment Ltd are working with a manufacturing company, based in Kings Norton, Birmingham and they are looking to recruit 2x Production Operatives to join their existing team.
We have immediate starts available with hourly rates paying £11 per hour
These are long term roles with genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period.
Benefits of the Production Operative role:
- Optional overtime

- Monday – Thursday
- Fixed shifts
Duties as a Production Operative will include:
- Spot welding
- Quality Inspection
- Assembly
- Operating/assisting machinery
- Using heavy duty Press, Stamping & Robotic Machinery
- Counting vehicle parts
- General factory duties
Hours of work for the General Operative:
4pm – 2am Monday – Thursday
