Our Client is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain solutions provider in the UK and Ireland. The hours of work are; Double Days, any 5 from 7 0600 till 1400, 1400-2200

The salary is paid at £24000 Per Annum

Our Client is currently looking to fill to positions in the administrative team. This would be a really good career move for thos who would be looking to settle in for the long run as the staff retention here is very high.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all products are tracked through the network back to the hub and then processed in a timely manner, accounted for and correctly scanned and booked onto the system
  • Conducting stock investigations of both physical stock holding and system balances
  • Produce manifests for all outgoing products
  • Have accountability for an accurate stock file ensuring perpetual inventory and other stock counts are carried out in a timely manner and all issues arising are acted upon
  • Escalate issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department the site or relationship with the customer
  • Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health and Safety
  • To be an active part of a proactive, flexible, and fast paced team
  • Reviewing processes
  • Ad Hoc administration duties

The Person:

  • Works well under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail and a right first-time approach
  • Energetic, resilient, and flexible
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work shift work, including weekend working will be required
  • Knowledge of working with a Warehouse Management System (Manhattan or similar)
