Ideal candidate:

  • Experience using an automatic screen printing machine (Preferably MHM Machines)
  • Have proven experience working within the printing industry.
  • Ideally have a some knowledge of textile screen printing machinery and techniques.
  • Production of printed garments promptly and precisely to the customers’ requirement.
  • Work within the guidelines of printing and produce quality prints
  • Basic machine and colour mixing knowledge.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality
  • An eye for detail and a high level of focus.
  • Remain calm under pressure & show pro-active fix it attitude.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Quick learner that can work on own initiative.

The Role:

  • Screen Print Machine operation and maintenance
  • Carry out reasonable requests from Line Managers and Directors
  • Prioritise workload effectively and deliver tasks on time every time
  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge.
  • Comply with all aspects of Health & Safety policies and procedures

The Role:

  • Completing 1st off measurements and carry out first principal inspection
  • Mechanical inspection of machined components to required quality standards
  • Use of various tooling and measurement equipment.
  • Ensure work and documentation is completed.
  • Using inspection software to record results and produce reports.

The ideal Candidate

  • Inspection experience in a high precision engineering environment: aerospace, precision engineering or automotive
  • Read customer drawings and understands the importance of accurate measurements
  • Experience of using different measurement equipment: Micrometers, verniers, height gauges etc.

Van Drivers

BE Recruitment are currently working with a National Distribution company, based in Tamworth, and they are looking to recruit van drivers to add to their existing team.

Start times –4am or 12pm

You will have the choice of working either 5 or 6 days a week but Weekend availability will be desirable

These roles will lead to a permanent job after a successful trial period.

You will be paid £10.50 Depending on Shift Start time and Between £13.00ph after 42 hours per week.
