Cleaning Operative

BE Recruitment are working with a food production company based in Tamworth and are looking to recruit hygiene operatives.

Please note this role requires working in a food production environment and dealing with meat (PORK)

Duties will include:

Working as a hygiene & cleaning specialist to clean all areas of production facility
Using chemical to clean floors, walls and other surfaces
Working to highest H&S/Food standards
Cleaning experience required
Working in a hot & noisy environment

Ideal candidate will have:

Food Hygiene Qualification (NOT Essential as will be fully trained)
Previous Cleaning Experience
A Passion for working in cleaning role
No problems working in a food production environment that handles PORK products

Hours of work:

Monday to Saturday (5 over 6 days)
14:00 – 22:30
Pay 9.50 per hour. Overtime paid at £14.25 per hour

FLT: Reach & Counterbalance Driver

BE Recruitment are working with a National Distribution Company, based in Harlow, Essex. They are looking to recruit Reach Truck & Counterbalance Drivers with at least 6 months Experience to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

Order Picking goods ready for dispatch

Using MHE i.e. Reach Truck or Counterbalance

Putaways & Replenishment’s using a Fork Lift Truck

Picking & Lifting Large Bulky Items (Heavy)

Other General Warehouse Duties i.e. Cleaning as you go policy.

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

Working hours are 6:00am – 2:00pm & 2:00pm – 10:00pm Rotating Shifts. Pay Rate of £11.70ph

Permanent Nightshift 10:00pm – 6:00am (Static) Pay Rate of £12.50ph

There is plenty of overtime available and you will receive 1.333 after 45 hours are worked

These assignments offer a permanent role after a successful trial period and offer an immediate start

Role requirements:

The right candidate must have at least 6 months warehouse experience!

The right candidate must have at least 6 months MHE experience!

VNA Driver (Man Up)

BE Recruitment are working with a National Distribution Company, based on Gorsey Lane Ind Est, Coleshill. They are looking for an FLT VNA Truck Driver, to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

Picking products from stores

Putting Away & Replenishing stock using a FLT VNA Truck (Man Up) & also using an RF Scanner.

Hours of work/Rate of pay/Additional benefits:

Once trained you will be required to work fixed 05:00 – 13:00 shift patter. Training will be 10:00 – 18:00.

You will be paid £10.50 per hour on days.

Once you have successfully passed 3 month probation there will be a £500 bonus paid.

There is also the chance of overtime available when required.

You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, pro rata, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension, after a qualifying period

These assignments also offer a permanent role after a successful trial period and offer an immediate start

Role requirements

Previously working in a warehouse environment required.

You must hold a valid up to date FLT Reach Truck Licence.

Some previous experience would be an advantage, however, training will be provided.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday – 7:30am – 4:15 pm

Friday 7:30am – 12:30 pm (optional overtime at x 1.5 after 40hrs completed)

Pay: £9.50 an increase to £10 -£10.80 per hour when fully trained

Payroll Assistant / Payroll Clerk

Location: Kettering

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 2pm Fridays

Hourly rate: up to £13.50/hr

We are delighted to be working with an established manufacturing firm in Coventry who are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their office-based team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for immediate start and to work in a friendly and lively environment.

Duties:

Taking care of payroll from start to finish
Ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time
Working with Opera and Corona system (happy with candidates with Sage or similar experience)
Handle and process payroll related information and data
Interrogate how employee payments are made up and pick up any inaccuracies
Calculate manual payments (gross to net) and raise payments outside the normal payroll run process
Processing of SMP, SSP and pension contribution
Processing P45 and P60 forms

The ideal candidate:

Experience of working within Payroll
Have a good knowledge of Payroll systems ie. Opera, Corona, Sage or similar
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills
Must enjoy both working as part of a team and independently
Ability to multitask and organise are essential
Ideally have driving licence, potentially drive to Coventry site once a week to do payroll onsite
