Paint Shop Operative / Assembly Operative – late shift (4pm-2am)
Location: Leicester – Wigston
Hours: Monday to Friday – LATE SHIFT 4.00pm to 2.00am (with overtime included)
Pay Rate: £12.35 per hour
Overtime Available – time and a half: £14.25

Our client based in Wigston, require Paint Shop Ops / Assembly Ops to work on bespoke, sheet metal components, ensuring smooth assembly.
You will have a good eye for detail and ideally, experience in a similar role, or within an engineering environment is desirable. Also you must be physically fit, some components require heavy lifting.
This is a nice and clean facility and potentially a long-term role with progression opportunities. Overtime available.

The Role:
- Loading/unloading the paint line
- Responsible for lifting and shifting metal work
- Loading the metal work on to the line
- Load, unload and move goods around
- Assemble sheet metal components
- Overtime available at premium rates
- Immediate start available
The Candidate:
- Physically fit and don’t mind heavy lifting
- Mechanically minded
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Good eye for detail
- Ideally looking for a longer-term position
- Happy with an immediate start
