BE Recruitment Ltd are working with a manufacturing company, based in Coleshill, Birmingham and they are looking to recruit 10 x Production Operatives to join their existing team.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year experience in manufacturing/production.
We have immediate starts available with hourly rates paying upto £13.41per hour!

Duties as a Production Operative will include:
- Spot welding
- Quality Inspection
- Assembly
- Operating/assisting machinery
- Using heavy duty Press, Stamping & Robotic Machinery
- Counting vehicle parts
- General factory duties
Previous manufacturing/production experience required.
Hours of work for the Production Operative:
6am til 2pm
2pm til 10pm
10pm til 6am
With earlier finishes on a Friday!
These are long term roles with genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period.
Payrate for Production Operative:
£11.44 with a daily shift allowance of £5.50 for morning shift
£11.44 plus a daily shift allowance of £8.60 for evening shift.
£11.44 plus a daily shift allowance of £15.80 for night shift.
