Be Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Small Appliances Technician & Technical Support Associate to work at a rapidly growing E-commerce company based in South Marston!
The successful candidate will carry out maintenance and repairs on the clients products, (Training is provided however due to the nature of the work a mechanical background is required) including but not limited to: kitchen appliances, small mechanical components etc whilst adhering to the established service procedures. Data will be accurately recorded including all transnational activities conducted through the internal service programme.
This fantastic opportunity offers an immediate start, and is a Temporary to Permanent role – meaning genuine permanent position available after successful completion of trial period.
Rates of Pay and hours:
- £12.50 Per Hour!
- Monday to Friday 08.30 am – 17.00 pm

Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Accurately record all transactions and activities conducted through the service program
- Using scanners to scan and verify goods when needed
- Report and document common malfunctions encountered during repairs, providing valuable feedback to the service manager
- Maintain the overall organisation and cleanliness of the operational area to ensure a conducive
- Hygiene duties as and when required
- Using internal systems and databases
