BE Recruitment are currently recruiting for an client who are a transportation company. They’re looking for a stores person.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 – 16:30
Pay:
- £10.42 – £12 P/H
Day to Day duties:
- Reporting to the Workshop Foreman and responsible for the Maintenance stores processes to enable delivery of the Business objectives against factory Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage and maintain the ‘Goods In ‘ Process efficiently.
- Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained at all times.
- Liaise with office and workshop to ensure materials are delivered in a timely manner, whilst minimising downtime.
- Ensure all paperwork is processed within set KPI’s.
- Adhere to and implement robust stock management and controls, identifying continuous improvement opportunities to ensure the needs of the factory and site are met.
- To manage the complete end-to-end return of defective parts/non-conforming parts
- Lead the Engineering Stores and delivery against KPI’s which contribute to the Site delivery targets.
