BE Recruitment are working with a National Distribution Company, that deals with some of the UK’s biggest brands, and they are looking to recruit a Full Time Transport Shift Manager for their depot in Tamworth.
Day to day duties will include:
You will be responsible for a fleet of up to 50 Class 1, Class 2 and Van Drivers
You will be responsible for organising the rota for the drivers
You will have both direct and in-direct reports
Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:
You will be paid 37,000 per annum
You will work 18.00 to 06.00 4 on 4 off
This is a permanent role from day 1 and is not agency work
You will receive 28 days paid holiday, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period

Role requirements:
You will need a minimum of 1 years experience as a Transport Shift Manager
