BE Recruitment are working with an Automotive Customer, based 20 minutes walk outside of Kettering Town Centre, and they are looking to recruit an additional 10 trimmers, assemblers and packers to join their existing team. You will have the choice of working either full time or part time hours.
Day to day duties will include:
Trimming, assembling and packing light leather products for prestige automotive brands
Wrapping light parts (Similar to wrapping Christmas presents)
Loading and unloading production lines
Inspection of leather parts
Machine operating
Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:
You will have the choice of working full time or part time hours:
Full time hours will be 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 07.30 to 12.30 on a Friday
Part time hours will be 10.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday
You will be paid between 9.50 and 10.65 dependant on your experience
You will also be entitled to 28 days paid holiday, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period
The site is a state of the art facility, has plenty of free on site parking and has excellent canteen facilities providing free tea and coffee all day
Role requirements:
The work is extremely light and clean and full training is provided so no previous experience is required
These roles have an immediate start and will become permanent after a successful short trial period
