BE Recruitment are working with a leading service centre, based in Birmingham, and they are looking to add an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to their existing team. This role offers a permanent job from day 1 and is not agency work.
Day to day duties will include:
Managing a team of up to 20 staff
Ensuring daily customer service levels are achieved
Ensuring daily performance and KPI’S are achieved
Ensure all goods received are put away and all orders are dispatched on time
Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:
You will required to work 11.30 to 21.00 on a Monday, 12.30 to 21.00 Tuesday to Thursday and 12.30 to 20.00 on a Friday
There is no week end or bank holiday working
You will be paid a basic salary of 25,000.00 with a 1,000.00 shift allowance.
You will also be entitled to a 450.00 a month bonus, subject to hitting agreed KPI’S.
That means your OTE will be 31,400.00 per annum
You will also receive 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period
There is plenty of free on site parking available
Role requirements:
You must have a minimum of 12 months previous supervisory experience
