Welder Fabricator

Welder / Fitter / Fabricator Required!

BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / Fitter for an engineering company based in Shepshed, Loughborough.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 07:30am – 16:30pm
• 1-hour lunch break

Pay: £13.50 – £14 per hour

Temp to Perm!

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:

• Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experienced in MIG welding.
• Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
• Positive can-do attitude.
