• Machine Operating
• Accurate documentation to be kept on all jobs
• Reading job specification sheets
• Full training provided

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

• Night shift available- 4 on 4 off
• 18:00 – 06:00
• £11 /hour plus £2.75 per hour bonus
• Overtime after 48 hours paid with £16.15/h

BE Recruitment are working with an Automotive Customer, based 20 minutes walk outside of Kettering Town Centre, and they are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

• Assembling and packing light leather products for prestige automotive brands
• Wrapping light parts
• Loading and unloading production lines
• Inspection of leather parts

Hours of work:

• 7:30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday
• 7:30 to 13.30 on a Friday

Pay rate:

• £9.50 per hour paid weekly
• £14.25 per hour after 40h

Additional benefits:

Role requirements:

The work is extremely light and clean and full training is provided so previous experience is not required

These roles have an immediate start and will become permanent after a successful short trial period

• Day Shifts 6am – 6pm
• Night shift 6pm – 6am

The Role:

• Reading job specification sheets.
• Setting up printer to run jobs.
• To ensure the smooth running of the print machinery is maintained.
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to the relevant person.
• Ensuring target output is achieved with excellent quality & compliance to customer requirements & quality standards.
• Accurate documentation to be kept on all jobs.
• To assist trainees and other team members.
• General housekeeping, palletisation of finished goods, checking inks and laysheet coincide with job sheet and customer requirements.
• Preparing cores, inks and plates and other materials for present and next jobs.
• Follow DSEAR control procedures.
• Health and safety and any other reasonable request within trained capabilities.
• Other tasks associated with the role.
