Pay: £10.50 /hour

Rotating Shifts AM and Nights – 4 on 4 off:

• Day Shifts 6am – 6pm
• Night shift 6pm – 6am

Immediate start available

The Role:

• Machine operating
• Production work, packing and labouring.
• Lifting and moving products up to 25kg in weight (various lifting equipment available)
• Packing finished products
• Quality control whilst working
• Ensure company procedures are followed at all times.
• Follow quality standards and adhere to health and safety policies.
• General housekeeping
• Other tasks within production as per the candidate’s capability

Trainee Printer / Machine Operator
Location: Desborough
Contract Type: Permanent / Temp to Perm
Hours: Rotating shifts Days and Nights (6.00-6.00)
Pay Rate: 10.50/ph
Overtime Available
Immediate start available

The Role:

• To ensure that inks are prepared ahead of all planned print job start dates
• Reading job specification sheets.
• General housekeeping of ink stores, plate room and print areas.
• Following DSEAR control procedures (H&SDOC 47)
• Health and safety and any other reasonable request within trained capabilities Comply with all Company Health, Safety and Environmental rules and procedures

The Candidate:

• previous experience in similar environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Some Mechanical knowledge / experience
• can do attitude and willing to learn
• able to pay attention to small details
• team player but also able to work on your own initiative
• able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Mechanical knowledge / experience
• Ideally looking for a longer-term position
• Happy to work rotating shifts – Days and Nights
