C Driver

BE Recruitment are working with a leading distribution company, based in Harlow, and they are looking for Class 2 drivers to join their existing team in Harlow.

Day to day duties will include:

Up to 10 drops a day

Local routes

Hours of work/Pay rate:

You will start between 04.00 to 06.30

You will be working Monday to Friday and every third Saturday

You will be paid 18.43 per hour including holiday pay

These roles are all long term and offer an immediate start

Day to day duties will include:

Order Picking goods ready for dispatch

Using MHE i.e. LLOP, Reach Truck, Counterbalance

Using Picking Trolleys

Picking & Lifting Large Bulky Items (Heavy)

Using RF Scanners

Loading & Unloading Trailers

Other General Warehouse Duties i.e. Cleaning as you go policy.

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

Working hours are 6:00am – 2:00pm & 2:00pm – 10:00pm Rotating Shifts

Pay Rate £11.00ph for order pickers

Pay Rate £11.70ph for Reach Truck drivers

There is plenty of overtime available and you will receive 1.333 after 45 hours are worked

These assignments offer a permanent role after a successful trial period and offer an immediate start

  • Have accountability for an accurate stock file ensuring perpetual inventory and other stock counts are carried out in a timely manner and all issues arising are acted upon
  • Escalate issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department the site or relationship with the customer
  • Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health and Safety
  • To be an active part of a proactive, flexible, and fast paced team

  • Works well under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail and a right first-time approach
