ROLE PURPOSE
Our client is a dynamic and innovative manufacturing organisation looking to grow its customer base. This newly created role focuses primarily on improving our service function to our existing customer database. Excellent customer skills ensure a smooth and efficient transition from lead to customer. As the first point of contact in our customer journey, you will play a crucial role. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Telephone account management – Processing of quotes and orders.

* Accurately manage the company CRM database.
* Fulfil customer orders via phone, email, and portal. Ensuring timely, thorough, and diligent completion.
* Deal with all customer enquiries actively using the Belbin completer finisher model.
* Produce weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reports as and when required.
* Must be a team player and help coworkers as needed.
* End to End customer relationship management, for customer queries and resolution.

Full job description

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Class 1 Shunter (must have Terberg experience) to join our team on the afternoon. The role involves operating a Tug vehicle and handling shunting duties in a professional manner.

  • On going contract – Monday to Friday 14.30 start to 23.00 finish
  • £17.30 per hour PAYE Including Holiday
  • Overtime hours may be available

Duties
– Shunt Class 1 vehicles within the yard, on the PM shift – 14.30 to 23.00
– Conduct flatbed shunting operations
– Perform commercial driving tasks as required
– Safely drive and manoeuvre Terberg vehicles
– Assist with general yard duties as needed

Requirements
– Possession of a valid Class 1 driving licence
– Previous experience in shunting and commercial driving
– Ability to drive and operate Terberg vehicles effectively
– Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.30-£20.00 per hour

Experience:
