  • Monday to Thursday 7:30 am -4:15 pm
  • Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Pay £10 per hour or £10.80 per hour depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Events company on a permanent basis.

My client facilitates ‘Meet The Buyer’ events. This means they host around 5 events per year and invite Buyers from different industries such as Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics. These events are facilitated and hosted by our clients and the Buyers will be looked after by them also.

Your role as the Coordinator is an important one! You’ll be the glue that bonds the business together, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone is looked after.

Some of the day to day responsibilities include:

  • Taking bookings from salespeople and processing sales
  • Making a master list of delegates
  • General admin duties
  • Liaise with the hotel on rooms and dietary requirements
  • Speak to clients, keep warm, answer any questions
  • Print Badges, Names, add into plastic wallets
  • Complete welcome packs
  • Distribute event booklets
  • Be the point of contact on the events

Due to the nature of work, you will be required to stay over sometimes on the events, this will be a maximum of 8 nights a year in the UK and a week in Portugal (expensed). With Portugal, you will also receive a small bonus.

FLT Reach/Counterbalance driver

Van Drivers

Varied Start times 4am,12pm ,6pm
