This is a temp to perm position

Day to day include:

Sew leather and fabric covers
Join sewing
Top stitch and finishing

Working shifts and pay:

Monday to Thursday 7:30 am -4:15 pm
Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
Pay £10 per hour or £10.80 per hour depending on experience

Events Coordinator

Job Title: Events Coordinator – B2B Events
Location: Leicestershire
Contract Type: Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Events company on a permanent basis.

My client facilitates ‘Meet The Buyer’ events. This means they host around 5 events per year and invite Buyers from different industries such as Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics. These events are facilitated and hosted by our clients and the Buyers will be looked after by them also.

Your role as the Coordinator is an important one! You’ll be the glue that bonds the business together, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone is looked after.

Some of the day to day responsibilities include:

Taking bookings from salespeople and processing sales
Making a master list of delegates
General admin duties
Liaise with the hotel on rooms and dietary requirements
Speak to clients, keep warm, answer any questions
Print Badges, Names, add into plastic wallets
Complete welcome packs
Distribute event booklets
Be the point of contact on the events

Due to the nature of work, you will be required to stay over sometimes on the events, this will be a maximum of 8 nights a year in the UK and a week in Portugal (expensed). With Portugal, you will also receive a small bonus.

FLT Reach/Counterbalance driver

BE Recruitment are working with a Distribution company, based in Harlow, Essex. They are looking to recruit FLT Counterbalance/Reach truck drivers to add to their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

Counterbalance FLT/Reach truck FLT
Unloading vehicles
General warehouse duties
Excellent can do attitude

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will be working 0600-1400 rotating weekly to 1400-2200 or 2200-0600 (nights) Monday to Friday
You will be paid £11.70 per hour on days and £13.20 on nights
You will also be entitled to 28 days paid holiday, pro rata, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period
This role has an immediate start

You must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck License

Have accountability for an accurate stock file ensuring perpetual inventory and other stock counts are carried out in a timely manner and all issues arising are acted upon
Escalate issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department the site or relationship with the customer
Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health and Safety

The Person:

Van Drivers

BE Recruitment are currently working with a National Distribution company, based in Tamworth, and they are looking to recruit 15 van drivers to add to their existing team.

Varied Start times 4am,12pm ,6pm

You will have the choice of working either 5 or 6 days a week but Weekend availability will be desirable
