Day to Day duties:

  • Reporting to the Workshop Foreman and responsible for the Maintenance stores processes to enable delivery of the Business objectives against factory Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage and maintain the ‘Goods In ‘ Process efficiently.
  • Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained at all times.
  • Liaise with office and workshop to ensure materials are delivered in a timely manner, whilst minimising downtime.
  • Ensure all paperwork is processed within set KPI’s.
  • Adhere to and implement robust stock management and controls, identifying continuous improvement opportunities to ensure the needs of the factory and site are met.
  • To manage the complete end-to-end return of defective parts/non-conforming parts
  • Lead the Engineering Stores and delivery against KPI’s which contribute to the Site delivery targets.

Hours of work:

  • Saturday & Sunday – 18:00PM – 06:00AM

Requirements:

  • CE Licence- Held for at least 2 year
  • Must have previous shunter experience
  • Must be able to pass a practical assessment
  • Valid CPC
  • Maximum 6 points
  • No DD, DR, TT, IN10 codes on licence

Job Package:

  • On going contract
  • Min 8 hours per shift
  • £17.30 per hour PAYE including Holiday
  • Overtime hours may be available
