Based in our central Tamworth offices, BE Recruitment are looking to add another key member to our flourishing branch.

Main Responsibilities:

To support the growth of the business development focus, with effective resourcing activity resourcing candidates to meet the client’s criteria, through advertising, recruiting, and placing candidates into job roles.
To use social media to advertise vacancies, to search for candidates using job boards, the database and networking candidates to attract, retain and build strong working relationships. This will include planning, coordinating, and implementing recruitment projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
To build a rapport and develop relationships with the client base, to understand their business needs and requirements.
To proactively develop the business levels with current and new clients, speculatively introducing new candidates to your designated client base; cold calling to consultatively sell the services to new businesses.
To seek opportunities to cross-sell the services of BE Recruitment.
To independently sell the services either face to face, over the telephone or through digital marketing.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a similar B2B and B2C sales-type Role
Strong customer service background
Great project planning and time management
Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills

Transport Shift Manager

BE Recruitment are working with a National Distribution Company, that deals with some of the UK’s biggest brands, and they are looking to recruit a Full Time Transport Shift Manager for their depot in Tamworth.

Day to day duties will include:

You will be responsible for a fleet of up to 50 Class 1, Class 2 and Van Drivers

You will be responsible for organising the rota for the drivers

You will have both direct and in-direct reports

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will be paid 37,000 per annum

You will work 18.00 to 06.00 4 on 4 off

This is a permanent role from day 1 and is not agency work

You will receive 28 days paid holiday, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period

BE Recruitment is working with a National Distribution Company, and they are looking for 3 Warehouse Administrators to add to their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

Issuing work to the warehouse team

Compiling daily reports for the management team

Data entry work

Working as part of a team and working to distribution deadlines

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will have the choice of working either 0600 to 1400/1400 to 2200 or 2200 to 0600

You will be working 5 out of 7 days

You will be paid between 10.03 and 20.63 per hour, depending on your start time and day worked

You will also be entitled to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period.

These roles offer an immediate start and will become permanent after a successful trial period.

Van Driving

We are currently looking to recruit 10 reliable van drivers for our food distribution client, based in the Tamworth area (Dordon).

This is a multi-drop position and your start time will be around 18:00

Duties Include:

Delivering goods to retail stores throughout the region.

You will be paid:

Nights – £10.50 + £0.75 per hour
Overtime – £13.15 per hour after 42 hours per week.

Day to day duties will include:

Receiving, checking and counting all incoming stock against delivery notes

Ensuring stock rotation is completed effectively

We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Order Pickers to join our team, based in Tamworth. You will be part of a warehouse team putting orders together for next day delivery to customers. 10+ drops , medium to long distance , food delivery to restaurants. Handball involved

* Early start – 6am
